About Pickett, Ray & Silver
Pickett, Ray & Silver (PRS) was founded in 1969 by Ray Pickett, Dean Ray, and Glenn Silver. Eventually, the company transferred ownership to Julie Bartch. She is the sole owner, managing the company with the help and support of Doug Tiemann, Chief Operating Officer.

Their Land Survey Division provides boundary and topographic surveys and control measures using advanced software technology, like drone technology and CAD systems.
With over 50 years of serving St. Charles and St. Louis counties, PRS offers uncompromised experience and expertise.
About the HBA of St. Louis
The Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri originated in 1934 by seven builders who started the Builder’s Guild. The association serves St. Louis City and the Counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Lincoln, Franklin, Warren, and Washington.
HBA’s mission is to promote and protect the viability of the building industry. Its more than 600 members work to meet the housing needs of those living in the region.
The HBA empowers its members to succeed by working toward common sense building regulations, providing networking and educational opportunities, and producing three annual home shows in St. Louis and St. Charles. The HBA’s charitable arm, the Home Builders Charitable Foundation, has donated over $3.6 million to local 501(c)(3) organizations addressing the special housing needs of its neighbors.
